1. Introduction

These terms apply to all requests for assistance with duty clearance and benefits support provided by DutyClearLogix.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals and entities able to enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

3. Description of Services

DutyClearLogix offers consultation, documentation review, and guidance related to duty clearance and benefits support.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Services

Requests for cancellation of a scheduled service must be received at least 48 hours before the appointment. Approved cancellations will receive an amount credit to the original payment method within 7 business days. You may reschedule a service once without charge if requested more than 48 hours in advance. Certain expedited or on-demand services are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of personnel and resources at the time of booking.

4.2 Information Products

For digital materials such as guides or reports, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

6. Governing Law
